Terms & Conditions:

Surcharge of RM30.00 nett per per room per night is applicable from 15th December 2009 to 03 January 2010.

Surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Formula One 2009 period from 02 to 06 April 2009.
•
Room rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•
Rates for extra bed is quoted inclusive of 1 breakfast.
•
Extra breakfast is chargeable at RM15.00 nett per person.
•
No extra charge for children below 12 years occupying same rooms with parent and not utilizing extra bed.
•
Confirmed rooms will be made available for occupancy after 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out times is also 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 18 hours on the day of departure ( subject to availability) will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
•
Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request
•
Reservation of rooms should be guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash payment made into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised at the confirmation stages.

Cancellation Policy

Normal Period

A 72 hours notice is required for all cancellation otherwise a one night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.

Peak Period

A 8 working days notice is required for all cancellation during our Peak Period otherwise a one night charges shall be charged for the total rooms reserved shall be charges to the guest.
