weekends for checking in on Fridays & Saturdays.

• Surcharge of RM20.00 nett per room per night is applicable during Chinese New Year 2008 & 2009 and during Malaysian School Holidays as listed below.

• Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per room per night is applicable during
Formula One 2008 period from 18 to 24 March 2008 and during Formula One 2009 of which the dates are to be advised.
•
• Room rates are quoted ++, subject to additional 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•
• Rates wherever quoted nett are inclusive of 10% service charge
and 5% government tax.
•
• No extra charge for children below 12 years occupying same rooms
with parent and not utilizing extra bed
•
• Confirmed rooms will be made available for occupancy after 12.00
noon on the day of arrival. Check-out times is also 12.00 noon.
Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 18 hours on the day of departure
( subject to availability) will be charged at 50% of the room rate.
•
Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request
•
Reservation of rooms should be guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash payment made into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised at the confirmation stages.

Bookings without guarantee shall not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Normal Period

A 72 hours notice is required for all cancellation otherwise a one night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.

Peak Period

A 8 working days notice is required for all cancellation during our Peak Period otherwise a one night charges shall be charged for the total rooms reserved shall be charges to the guest.
